Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for consulting services.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending appropriate consulting solutions.
4. Business Development: Identify and pursue current business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
5. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their requirements and propose customized consulting solutions.
6. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the consulting team to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives.
7. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
8. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends,



competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
9. Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to management on progress against targets.
10. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in consulting sales for 2+ years (Cyber Security or IT/ ITES domain), with a strong portfolio of achieved sales targets and client relationships.
3. Leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
