Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC). The ideal candidate should have strong functional consulting experience in requirement gathering,



solution design, configuration, testing, and client-facing implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects for Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Configure Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules, including: Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development, Profile Management, GROW, Touchpoints
Configure Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), including: Learning Catalogs, Courses and Offerings, Learning Assignments, Learning Journeys, Certifications, Learning Communities
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides
Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support production d
