? Location: Greater Noida
? Experience: 6+ years
✅ Must have experience in Dry Fruits Industry
? Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end quality control processes across procurement, processing, and packaging
Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory requirements
Develop and implement quality assurance policies, SOPs, and documentation systems
Handle internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections
Monitor product quality consistency and take corrective actions when required
Manage vendor quality assessments and raw material inspections
Lead and train the quality team to maintain best practices and continuous improvement
Investigate customer complaints and implement preventive measures
