As a Cyber Security Engineer, you'll play a critical role in protecting Phenom's products, platforms, and cloud infrastructure by designing and implementing up-to-date security solutions that strengthen our cybersecurity posture and safeguard customer trust.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Engineer with a strong background in security engineering, cloud security, threat detection, and security automation. In this role, you will design, implement, and continuously enhance cybersecurity controls that protect Phenom's applications, infrastructure, and data. You'll collaborate across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to build scalable security solutions,



automate response processes, and defend against evolving cyber threats.

What You'll Do

Design, implement, and enhance cybersecurity protection, detection, and response capabilities across cloud and on-premise environments.
Build, automate, and optimize security controls using threat intelligence and emerging attack patterns.
Develop detection logic, security use cases, and automated response workflows for enterprise security platforms.
Troubleshoot security incidents and production issues through log analysis, forensic investigation, and root cause analysis.
Create security playbooks, runbooks, technical documentation, and deployment architecture diagrams.
Design security solutions that reduce detection and remediation time while improving operational efficiency.
Implement and maintain security controls aligned with Phenom's cybersecurity architecture and industry best practices.
