JOB SUMMARY
As the Head of Quality Assurance (Optical Payloads), you will take strategic ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS)
architecture governing our high-reliability optical payload manufacturing operations. Moving beyond reactive inspection, your focus will be driving a proactive, preventative quality culture through system-level governance, contamination control, and process-level risk mitigation.
In this executive engineering leadership role, you will interface directly with regulatory authorities, manage enterprise-wide quality audits, and chair the internal Quality Council. You will directly own core success metrics, including achieving a 100% Audit Success Rate, driving down the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), and continually enhancing Process Capability Index (Cpk) across optical payload lines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Architect & Govern Enterprise QMS: Design, implement, and maintain an end-to-end QMS framework strictly aligned with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards across satellite optical payload manufacturing lines.
Lead Systemic Risk Management: Perform comprehensive
