We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer who will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of our platform through robust testing practices and automation frameworks.

Role Overview
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions while ensuring high-quality software releases. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to validate functionality, performance, and reliability across our SaaS and Conversational AI products.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, API, and SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform functional, regression,



integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and execute automated test cases for UI, APIs, and backend services.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for chatbot and voicebot workflows, ensuring accuracy in NLP and intent recognition.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to security, performance, scalability, and reliability standards for SaaS platforms.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for release validation and production readiness testing.
• Analyze test results, prepare quality reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions to ensure quality from the early stages of development.
