Our teams operate from multiple global delivery centers, supporting Zurich’s business units worldwide.

Role Purpose:
The Business Analyst (BA)



is a core member of the ACE delivery team, supporting the Actuarial Calculation Engine (ACE) by analyzing business requirements, coordinating UAT activities, and supporting controlled delivery of changes across Business Units.
The role focuses on hands on analysis, testing coordination, and stakeholder collaboration, working under the guidance of senior BAs, Product Owner, and IT leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements:
Analyze and document business requirements and Change Requests (CRs) for ACE enhancements and defect fixes.
Support clarification of scope, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with senior BAs and Product Owner on requirement refinement and prioritization.

Testing & UAT Support:
Support preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Coordinate test case execution with Business Units and IT teams.
Track defects, retesting, and resolution status.
