Role Purpose
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives for TVS Motor Company across Manufacturing,
Engineering, R&D;, Digital, Corporate Functions, International Business and Leadership hiring.
Partner with business leaders, HRBPs and external partners to deliver high-quality talent while
driving hiring excellence, diversity hiring, employer branding and recruitment analytics.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned business units and critical positions.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
• Manage lateral, niche, leadership and confidential hiring mandates.
• Drive market mapping, talent intelligence and competitor benchmarking exercises.
• Build talent pipelines for strategic and future skill requirements.
• Lead stakeholder reviews and ensure adherence to hiring SLAs and governance practices.
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives and improve representation across functions.
• Manage recruitment vendors, search firms and sourcing channels for optimal outcomes.




• Ensure superior candidate experience and employer branding. • Track key recruitment metrics
including Hiring TAT, Quality of Hire, Cost per Hire and Offer-to-Join conversion.
• Support digital transformation and ATS adoption initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
• Mentor recruiters and contribute to capability building within the TA team.

Desired Candidate Profile
• MBA in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 10–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to Manufacturing, Automotive,
Engineering or Industrial sectors.
• Solid experience in stakeholder management, leadership hiring and talent advisory.
• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals and direct search
methodologies.
• Experience in vendor management, employer branding and recruitment analytics.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or equivalent
systems.
