We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Investment Analyst CIO Front Office
Purpose of the role
The Investment Analyst will be responsible to provide effective oversight of all funds and mandates across the Front Office, covering Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, Quantitative Equity and Liquidity, across global and international offices within HSBC Asset Management. The key aspects of the role are to provide deep and comprehensive portfolio analysis,
interpretation and challenge on core products at quarterly governance meetings; to maintain a thorough understanding of investment risk models, the drivers of market risk and the implications on product performance and attribution; to further develop and maintain the Investment Excellence framework and the integrity and quality of the output; to manage the oversight of the Investment Process review function to help define how we review and drive improvement in our investment processes at HSBC; and to deliver insightful and well-written commentary to senior investment leaders and management.
In this role, you will be:
Provide comprehensive portfolio and market analysis to the Front Office function for all investment strategies managed globally by HSBC Asset Management.
Demonstrate understanding in Fixed Income, Equity and Multi-Asset product strategies and products, and build knowledge of the core funds and their objectives.
