Role Description This is a full time,



on-site role based in Chennai for an Automation Lead FTTx Design and Engineering professional. The role involves leading the automation of FTTx network design processes, developing and maintaining engineering workflows, and ensuring accurate, scalable fiber network designs. The individual will collaborate closely with design engineers, planners, and operations teams to standardize methodologies, optimize tools, and improve end-to-end delivery quality. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing automation solutions, and maintaining compliance with technical and regulatory standards. The role also requires coordinating with global stakeholders, preparing documentation and reports, and supporting knowledge transfer and training initiatives within the team.
