The Position

As a Data Scientist At Novo Nordisk, You Will

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI, to address high-impact business challenges.
Translate business problems into validated data and modelling solutions, driving them through production delivery.
Ensure data quality, governance, reproducibility, and compliance throughout model development and deployment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering, product, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
Provide technical leadership, mentor peers, and promote best practices in MLOps,



model evaluation, and observability.

Qualifications

We are looking for Data Scientist who thrives on solving complex problems and turning AI innovation into production reality. You'll bring with you:

Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field from a top university
5+ years of consultancy experience in data science, machine learning, or AI with a focus on developing and applying advanced algorithms, preferably from MBB or the Big 4
Proven track record delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions to production—from problem scoping through deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement
Solid programming skills in Python with solid understanding of software engineering best practices (version control, code reviews, unit testing, modularity)
Extensive hands-on experience with Python data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), deep learning frameworks (P
