About The Role

As the People Partner for India, you'll be the primary People partner for our India teams,



with a solid focus on supporting our Operations organization, our largest team in India. You'll work closely with leaders to build high-performing teams, coach managers, navigate employee relations, and create an exceptional employee experience.

We're a lean and growing People team, so this role goes beyond traditional business partnering. You'll also own and support a broad range of People Operations and HR Generalist responsibilities across India, from onboarding and payroll coordination to policy implementation, compliance, employee engagement, and process improvements. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, wearing multiple hats, and building as you go, you'll thrive in this role.
