About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager, Brand Solutions with 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency. The role will involve implementing integrated marketing solutions anchored on digital experiences. The candidate should be able to generate ideas, manage clients & work collaboratively with the team. The candidate must be familiar with current digital marketing trends.

What You’ll Do:
Communicating effectively with the client to understand the client's business strategy, plans & requirements and align the same with the internal team
Developing creative marketing strategies, detailed monthly calendars, proactively driving initiatives, and brainstorming with the teams
Implementing digital marketing strategies in sync with the brand’s objectives across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, their website and marketplaces




Monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads, and conversions
Conceptualisation and pitching new ideas, along with providing writing assistance from time to time
Monitor digital & new media industry trends to implement various campaign ideas
Leverage AI-powered tools (for research, content ideation, workflow automation, and reporting) to drive efficiency and enhance campaign impact.

What We’re Looking For
3-4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
Excellent writing and communication skills
Good with conceptual/creative thinking
Familiarity with digital tools like Google Trends, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI) for research, strategy, ideation, and productivity.
