Role Description

The Pre-Sales and Implementation Specialist is a full-time, remote role based in Bengaluru, India. This role involves working closely with prospective customers to understand their workspace, communication, and integration needs,



and demonstrating how Kuiq’s solutions address those needs through tailored product presentations and technical consultations. The specialist will support sales cycles by preparing proposals, configuring solution demos, and coordinating proof-of-concept or pilot deployments. Post-sale, this role leads implementation activities, including requirements gathering, system configuration, integration coordination with IT and facilities teams, and end-user training. Day-to-day responsibilities also include documenting customer workflows, providing responsive support during go-live, collecting feedback for product improvement, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
