Role Overview
We're looking for a Brand Manager to independently own and grow one of our product categories. This role sits at the intersection of brand building, category strategy, and performance owning the category's brand P&L; while driving campaigns, positioning, and go-to-market execution end to end.





Key Responsibilities
Own the brand P&L; for the assigned category revenue, marketing spend, and ROI alongside overall brand and marketing strategy
Develop category positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new and existing products
Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and retail touchpoints
Track category performance sales, market share, and brand health metrics and translate insights into action
Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, Retail, and Product teams to drive category growth
Manage category marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI on campaigns and launches
Conduct competitive and consumer research to identify whitespace and growth opportunities
Partner with agencies and external vendors for campaign execution when required
