What you will do?
You will build products end to end.
One week you might be designing a shipment workflow. The next week you'll be sitting with operations to understand why something breaks in the real world. Then you'll ship the fix, deploy it, and watch customers use it.
Build modern web applications using React/Next.js.
Design backend services with Node.js and PostgreSQL.
Talk to users and operations to understand problems before writing code.
Make product decisions - not just technical decisions.
Review code, improve architecture, and continuously simplify the system.
Ship frequently instead of waiting for "perfect."
What we are looking for?
We are less interested in how many frameworks you have used and more interested in how you think.
You should have:
Around 2 years of experience building production web applications.
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
Experience with React/Next.js.
Experience with Node.js and SQL databases.
Curiosity to understand the business behind the software.
The ability to take ownership without waiting to be told every step.
A bias toward action.
You will thrive here if:
