Overview

This position offers the opportunity to experience a full range of the project life cycle including discovery, design, development, testing, delivery, and support of the solutions in SAP O2C modules & our Customer Visibility Portal in ServiceNow. Expectation is to scale global solutions, drive innovations that enhance user experience, deliver value to your client's, mentor the broader Logistics and Customer Fulfillment team and support process and technology across Supply Chain.

Key Accountabilities

Apply deep SAP expertise to design, build, optimize,



and support Customer Fulfillment solutions, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules and connected systems.
Partner with Supply Chain, business stakeholders, IT teams, and data architects to translate business and statutory requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Prepare functional specifications, support solution design and development, lead testing cycles, and ensure successful production deployment.
Drive end-to-end solution optimization and provide ongoing functional support to ensure reliable Customer Fulfillment operations.
Lead end-user testing, maintain the Customer Fulfillment test script repository, and facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption of new and existing solutions.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks while escalating critical issues to ensure successful project delivery.
