About the Team and the Role:
The Sales team at Ather is responsible for building a network and establishing the blueprint for selling Electric Vehicles in India, driving a historic transformation of the two-wheeler commute through a breakthrough product and an engaged community.
This role is for an Area Sales Manager who will play a key role in the growth story, owning the business in their region and ensuring growth in sales while maintaining high levels of customer experience and operational profits.

Responsibilities:
Drive sales through assigned Channel Partners
Build teams and systems that ensure sustainable sales growth while maintaining exceptionally high customer experience standards.
Foster and manage robust relationships with retail partners to ensure business thriving and alignment with brand vision.
Execute operational excellence at Channel Partners covering local demand generation and sales driving activities.
Analyze the sales funnel to identify problem statements,



develop solutions, and motivate teams for implementation.
Deliver against steep ramp-up plans with a focus on scaling the regional business effectively.
Manage multi-stakeholder inputs from internal teams and external partners to maintain design and operational integrity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and site assessments to ensure business health and consistency across locations.
Strategise and strive to improve Ather market share in the assigned territory

Required qualifications
Postgraduate or graduate degree in Business or Engineering from a Tier I/Tier II institute.
4 to 6 years of experience in B2C/Channel sales.

Data-driven analysis of sales funnels to identify bottlenecks and implement strategic solutions for revenue growth.
