Responsibilities
- Design, development and delivery of Oracle based enterprise applications.
- Must have experience in PLSQL, Appserver (i.e., Weblogic or Web sphere).
- Strong skills in SQL.
- Must have Hands-on experience in Designing and programming PLSQL applications.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Database Concepts.
- Positive hands-on knowledge on core Java 6 or above.
- Good knowledge on integration mechanisms such as JMS, web services (SOAP based and REST services) etc.
- Experience in UML and Knowledge in Design Patterns.
- Good knowledge on batch programming concepts and Hands-on experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of initiative and creativity.
- Exposure to product development environment and processes.
- Good communication skills with all stakeholders, good team player with ability to lead when needed.

Qualifications
- As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications.
- Design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture.
- Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs and ensure quality and consistency of the product's functionality.
- Involve in performance tuning for achieving expected timelines for operations in the product.
- Build and execute unit tests and unit plans.
- Review integration and regression test plans created by QA.
- Involve in activities of Release and SVN.
