About The Role What you'll be doing
As a Software Developer at ZionStar, you will learn to build and ship features across our LMS platforms, student portals and integrations. This is an entry-friendly role — freshers are welcome and mentored by senior engineers who review your code and invest in your growth. You will start with real, scoped work and grow into owning features end to end.
Key responsibilities
Your day to day
- Build and ship features across web applications with guidance
- Write clean, tested code and take part in code reviews
- Fix bugs and improve existing product areas
- Learn our stack, tools and engineering practices
- Collaborate with product, design and senior engineers
Requirements What we're looking for
- Solid programming fundamentals in any modern language
- Understanding of web basics (HTTP, databases, APIs)
- Eagerness to learn and strong ownership — freshers welcome
- Clear written communication for a remote, global team
Preferred Qualifications Nice to have
- Any project, internship or open-source experience
- Exposure to Ruby on Rails, JavaScript or React
- Interest in education technology
