Role Description The Software Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kota, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The individual in this role will support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of internal software tools and platforms used for wealth management and client reporting. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting software issues, performing data analysis to improve system performance, and collaborating with wealth consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Associate will also assist in integrating third-party financial tools, documenting technical processes, and ensuring system security and reliability in line with the firm’s commitment to trust and transparency. Regular coordination with cross-functional teams and contribution to process automation and optimization are integral to this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to interpret financial data, evaluate system performance, and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Software Development and Programming skills to build, maintain, and enhance internal applications and integration workflows.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams, wealth consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Relevant skills such as proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or C#), experience with databases and APIs, and familiarity with financial or fintech systems are beneficial.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, along with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high standards of accuracy and integrity.
