Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Soft Skills Trainer role based in Jaipur for entry-level professionals who can join immediately. The trainer will deliver engaging classroom sessions on communication, soft skills, life skills, and interview preparation to college students and job seekers. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating training content, conducting interactive workshops, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback to help participants improve.

The role also involves coordinating with academic partners, maintaining training records,



and participating in internal discussions to enhance program quality. The trainer will represent FACE Prep’s values by creating an inclusive learning environment and supporting learners in building confidence for campus placements and professional roles.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Soft Skills to effectively engage diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess solid Training & Development and Presentation Skills to design and deliver interactive sessions.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Life Skills to guide learners on workplace readiness and skilled behavior.
- Strong command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to manage large batches, handle questions with patience, and adapt teaching style to learner needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certifications in training, education, or counseling are a plus.
- Prior internship or experience in teaching, mentoring, public speaking, or corporate training is beneficial but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and travel to partner institutions in the region when required.
