Having experience managing housing society, understanding of registrar office work, various working society office. Maintenance work of planning, electrical, lifts, garden, club house, security, house keeping etc. Positive ethics and able to work with society members. Well versed with English and Marathi. Understanding of tally software and computer. Enthusiastic and drive the work and have cordial relationships with other staffs.

Society manager Responsiility

· Planning and scheduling the cleaning activities.

· Evaluating the short listed HK Vendor.

· Finalizing the vendors

· carry out daily accounting work

· Over all supervision

· cash mangement

· society office administration

· Society manager is the key and main person for complete society. She/ he will act as one point contract for all the issues that member or resident has. day to day activity includes:

· Keeping track of progress of all the activities.

· Tracking issues or complaint lodged by members and following up with needed team member to get them resolved.





· Interacting with third party vendors for inviting quotation, negotiation, finalization of contract (Final approval will be given by managing committee)

· Tracking AMCS’S Financial updates.

· Tracking society bills and payment collection and outgoing payments.

· Co-ordination with the third party vendors such as lifts, DG sets, Water tank cleaning, pest control &WTP; will be responsibility of the contractor.

· To ensure 100% attendance of staff.

· To check the complaint register daily & follow up for complaint resolution.

· He will be an interface between all Service Providers and will be single point of responsibility.

· He will control and co-ordinate all FM activities along with his team & will formulate all plans and schedules related to Housekeeping,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
