We are currently working across 7 states in India , with our head office in Pune. ? Position: Social cum Gender Officer

? Your Role & Responsibilities

You will play a key role in driving community transformation:

- ? Conduct village-level meetings with communities, PRIs, SHGs, and farmer groups
- ? Facilitate awareness of WOTR tools and project initiatives
- ? Support sustainable agriculture practices and planning
- ? Strengthen community institutions and social mobilization
- ? Prepare project reports (physical & financial)
- ? Assist in research, case studies & documentation




- ? Work on gender, child development & life skills training
- ?️ Build linkages with government departments
- ?️ Conduct Gram Sabha & training programs
- ? Support planning, execution & monitoring of projects

? Qualifications & Experience

- ? Master’s Degree (MSW / MA in Rural Development / Rural Management)
- ⏳ Minimum 6 years of relevant field experience
- ?️ Knowledge of local language & Hindi preferred
- ? Experience in development sector is an added advantage
