Role Description The Social Media Strategist is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Day-to-day work includes developing channel-specific content strategies, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to refine tactics.

The role involves collaborating with PR and communication teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, managing community interactions, and identifying opportunities for growth and storytelling.

Qualifications





- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, manage, and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with PR and overall brand communication goals.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for social content, client updates, and internal collaboration.
- Foundational understanding of Public Relations and how social media supports reputation management and brand storytelling.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and create data-driven recommendations.
- Capability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and campaigns while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and their best practices.
- Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, or communications; agency or multi-brand experience is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
