Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Associate – Social Media Strategist to lead and manage the end-to-end social media strategy and execution for Witrex and client brands.

The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking, creative campaign ideation, platform expertise, and hands-on execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Platform Management

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end social media operations across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Drive growth, engagement, and performance metrics
- Monitor platform trends and algorithm updates

1. Content Strategy & Creative Direction

- Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars
- Conceptualize social-first campaigns and viral formats
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketers
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency

1. Campaign Planning & Execution





- Plan and execute campaigns from ideation to reporting
- Drive engagement using reels, carousels, stories, and trend-based formats
- Provide creative direction for campaigns and ad creatives

1. Copy & Messaging Strategy

- Guide captions, hooks, and storytelling formats
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand positioning

1. Paid Media Awareness

- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Work with performance teams on campaign creatives

1. Analytics, AI & Optimization

- Track engagement, reach, CTR, and performance metrics
- Use AI tools for research, content ideation, automation, and reporting
- Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks

Required Skills

- 1.5 – 3 years experience in social media strategy or management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystems
- Experience managing content calendars and campaigns

- Strong creative thinking ability
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing workflows
