Role Description The Social Media Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for planning and executing social media strategies across platforms to build brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, collaborating with creative teams on copy and visuals, optimizing posts for different channels, and monitoring performance metrics.

The role involves managing communities, responding to audience interactions, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.

The Social Media

Strategist will also analyze campaign data,



prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements aligned with clients’ marketing objectives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns, manage channels, and improve reach and engagement.

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills to manage brand voice, handle audience interactions, and support reputation management.

Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to develop effective content plans, align messaging with brand goals, and coordinate with creative teams.

Relevant skills such as analytics interpretation, familiarity with major social platforms and their tools, and basic understanding of digital advertising (paid social) are beneficial.

Qualifications such as a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with prior experience in agency or brand-side social media roles, are preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively in office in the Pune Division, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving digital trends is expected.
