Role Purpose

We are looking for a creative and AI-skilled Content Creator to produce engaging digital content for social media, websites, video platforms and marketing campaigns.

The candidate will use up-to-date AI tools to create written, visual and video content and support the marketing teams across different business verticals and client projects.

Content Areas The candidate may create content for:

- HR Services
- SaaS Products & Digital Products
- AI Marketing Services
- DSA Products & Services
- Client Marketing Campaigns
- Brand Awareness
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Educational and Promotional Content

Key Responsibilities
- Create social media posts, captions, creatives and marketing content.
- Create AI-assisted images, graphics and visual content.
- Create and edit short-form and long-form videos.
- Prepare content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Create and publish YouTube videos, Shorts and related content.
- Prepare thumbnails, banners, promotional graphics and digital creatives.
- Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats and platforms.
- Use AI tools for content research, writing, image generation, video creation and editing.
- Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Schedule and publish approved content.
- Support campaigns for lead generation, branding and customer engagement.
- Research current content trends and identify suitable content opportunities.
- Maintain brand consistency across different platforms.
- Track basic content performance and suggest improvements.





AI Skills – Must Have

Strong practical knowledge or willingness to work with modern AI tools for:

- AI content writing
- AI image generation
- AI video generation
- AI video editing
- AI voice/audio generation
- Content research
- Content repurposing
- Social media content creation
- Marketing productivity and automation

The candidate should be comfortable learning new AI tools quickly, as AI tools and platforms change frequently.

Experience with social media scheduling, hashtags, captions, thumbnails, short-form videos and content calendars is an advantage.

Video & Design Skills

Qualification & Experience

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication, Design, Digital Marketing, Journalism,



Animation, Multimedia or equivalent experience preferred.

0–2 years experience preferred.

Freshers with strong practical skills and a good portfolio are welcome.

Portfolio is strongly preferred.

Languages

Good written English is preferred.

Knowledge of one or more Indian regional languages is an advantage:

Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Odia, Assamese and other Indian regional languages.

Candidates who can create content in multiple Indian languages will have an advantage.
