Om Tech is a growing technology company building AI-powered platforms for tender and bid management (Bidaly) alongside other digital solutions. We're looking for a driven, social-media-savvy sales professional to help us grow our online presence and generate quality business leads.

About the Role

We're hiring a part-time Social Media Sales Executive to promote Om Tech's products and services across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X, engage with potential customers, and convert social interactions into qualified sales leads. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who understands both social media engagement and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage potential customers/leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms
- Respond to inbound inquiries and DMs, qualifying leads and moving them through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach with campaign content and messaging
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools or spreadsheets
- Track and report on engagement metrics, conversion rates, and lead quality weekly
- Represent the Om Tech brand professionally in all customer-facing communication




- Stay current on social media trends and competitor activity relevant to B2B and B2C tech sales

Requirements

- Prior experience in social media marketing, inside sales, or lead generation preferred
- Strong written communication skills; comfortable initiating conversations with prospects
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instagram, or similar platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes is a plus
- Students, freelancers, and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply

Nice to Have

- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Prior exposure to SaaS, tech, or B2B platform sales
- Content creation or copywriting skills

Compensation & Perks
