Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, based in South Delhi with flexibility for some work-from-home. The specialist will plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness and engage target audiences.

Daily tasks include developing social media content calendars, producing and publishing posts (copy, visuals, and basic creatives), monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on analytics. The role involves collaborating with marketing and design teams to align social content with broader digital marketing strategies, product launches,



and brand guidelines. The specialist will also respond to community interactions, track trends in luxury and home décor segments, and recommend recent social media initiatives to strengthen BOET India’s online presence.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including planning content calendars and aligning content with brand goals.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messages.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to monitor performance, generate reports, and refine strategies.
- Understanding of luxury branding, premium consumer segments, or home décor / interior design markets is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from South Delhi, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design or content editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is beneficial.
