Social Media Specialist

About the Role- We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist with 3- 5 years of hands-on social media experience. You will manage multiple client accounts, create content, and drive growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities-

Develop organic social media strategies and monthly content calendars for multiple clients.

Manage and grow brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,



and more

Should be creative and innovative. Someone who thinks out of the box and consistently delivers fresh, quality content ideas beyond the obvious.

Create on-brand static posts, carousels, Stories, and Reels using design tools.

Plan, script, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) using video creation tools

Use AI tools for content creation always edited to match brand voice before publishing

Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite and Buffer.

Track monthly analytics; reach, engagement rate, saves, shares — and prepare monthly client reports.

Handle client onboarding, approvals, and feedback professionally.

Apply brand guidelines (colours, fonts, tone of voice) accurately across all content.

Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and trends, and adapt strategy accordingly.

Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Communication skills (written and verbal) should be good.
