Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive clinic visits. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating campaigns that highlight treatments, client experiences, and educational content.

The Social Media Marketing

Manager will collaborate with clinical and marketing teams, respond to audience inquiries and comments, and ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity. The role also involves staying updated on industry and platform trends to refine strategy and maintain a strong online presence.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing skills,



including platform management and campaign execution.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Experience with Content Strategy, including planning, scheduling, and integrating content across channels.
- Knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO) and best practices for improving reach and engagement.
- Foundational Digital Marketing skills, such as analytics interpretation, basic SEO, and paid advertising familiarity.
- Previous experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, or related consumer-facing sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Kochi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
