We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who understands social media beyond posting content. Someone who understands culture, trends, storytelling, community building, and what makes people stop scrolling. What You'll DoSocial Media Management

Own and manage Pinq Polka's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

Create and maintain monthly content calendars.

Schedule and publish content across channels.

Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity.

Content

Strategy

Work closely with founders, marketing, creators, and the content team to develop engaging content ideas.

Identify trends, formats, memes, and opportunities relevant to the brand.

Translate product features into compelling social-first storytelling.

Develop content pillars that drive engagement, awareness, and sales.

Community Building

Manage comments, DMs, and community interactions.

Build relationships with customers, creators, and brand advocates.





Create initiatives that increase engagement and brand loyalty.

Monitor customer sentiment and feedback.

Performance & Analytics

Track social media performance and provide weekly/monthly reports.

Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, saves, shares, watch time, and content performance.

Identify winning content formats and scale successful ideas.

Provide actionable insights to improve content effectiveness.

Creator & Influencer Coordination

Coordinate with creators and influencers for content execution.

Ensure timely delivery and posting of content.

Maintain influencer databases and track campaign performance.

AI & Content Innovation

Leverage AI tools to improve content ideation, planning, scripting, and execution.

Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices. What We're Looking For

2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or Community Management.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and creator-led content.

Excellent written communication skills.

Strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling.

Ability to think creatively while remaining data-driven.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Passion for fashion, lifestyle, beauty, intimatewear, or D2C brands.
