We're Hiring: Social Media Marketing Manager

Location: Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Onsite)

Employment Type: Work From Office (In-Person)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week | 1 Weekly Off

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Please apply only if you're comfortable with this salary range.)

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about creating engaging content, growing brand presence, and executing impactful social media campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and campaign ideas.

Manage the company's social media calendar and ensure timely publishing.

Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.

Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality creatives.

Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.

Track campaign performance and prepare regular analytics reports.

Respond to comments, messages,



and online community interactions in a professional manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to promote company initiatives, events, and campaigns.

Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.

Requirements

Minimum 2 yeara of experience in Social Media Marketing (Mandatory).

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.

Experience with content planning, scheduling tools, and performance analytics.

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and other social media advertising platforms is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and work independently.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an added advantage.
