Location: In-office, Goregaon, Mumbai Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Salary: 8,000 -10,000 per month in hand We are looking for an ultra passionate individual to join our Social Media Marketing team who breathes Instagram and has the ability to ideate viral content on the go. Responsibilities:

- Track and analyse the latest social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Publish reels and static posts on client accounts.
- Create engaging posts using Canva or other design software.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and editors to develop viral worthy content.
- Support the team in brainstorming shoot concepts and storytelling methods.
- Assist with influencer research, outreach, and coordination.
- Collaborate with the creative team on visual direction and design planning.
- Manage logistics for shoots including props, location, equipment, and team coordination.
- Coordinate with models, studios, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain calendars for content creation, shoot schedules, and deadlines. Qualifications:
- Prior experience with handling your own, friend's, college, or brand Instagram account • Strong understanding of hooks, content creation methodologies, and call to action




- Ability to communicate with influencers, UGC, and SGC creators
- Ability to understand basics of graphic design and Pinterest worthy Canva post designs
- In depth understanding about the Instagram application usage and protocols for best reach
- Understanding of trends and analytics within social media platforms
- A creative and detail-oriented mindset
- Enthusiasm for branding, community engagement, and digital innovation
- Ability to multitask and handle quick-paced environments.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
