Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media campaigns
- Create engaging posts, reels, captions and campaign ideas
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors
- Track engagement, reach, performance and lead generation
- Respond to audience comments and messages
- Support paid advertising and promotional campaigns
- Maintain a consistent YASHHO brand voice and visual identity

Preferred Skills
- Robust understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- Good content-writing and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and digital analytics
- Fluency in Kannada, English and Hindi
- Experience in education, EdTech or youth-focused marketing is an advantage
- Preference will be given to Kannadiga candidates
