Job Title: Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and build engaging digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in content strategy, team coordination, campaign execution, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and content creators.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent content planning and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing qualified.
- Agency experience will be an added advantage.
