We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Social Media Manager with at least 3 years of experience in managing business social media accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in content strategy, paid advertising, community management, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

- Create and manage monthly content calendars.

- Plan, write, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to create compelling content.

- Manage Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media advertising campaigns.

- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.

- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.

- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, events, and product launches.

- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.

Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.

- Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar creative software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in an IT company or digital marketing agency.

- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.

- Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.

- Basic video editing skills are an advantage.
