Roles&Responsibilities;:

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media strategies for political campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Andhra Pradesh politics, excellent content planning skills, and the ability to drive audience engagement through impactful campaigns.

1. Manage and oversee social media accounts for political campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and WhatsApp.
2. Plan, create, and publish engaging, trend-driven content with a strong understanding of the Andhra Pradesh political landscape.
3. Collaborate closely with creative teams, including designers, video editors, and content writers, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
4. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize content strategies to improve reach, engagement,



and overall performance.
5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality campaign assets and communications.
6. Support the execution and optimization of paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
7. Stay updated with emerging social media trends, political developments, and platform updates to drive effective campaign strategies.

Skills Required

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing digital campaigns.
3. Understanding of Andhra Pradesh politics and current affairs.
4. Excellent content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
5. Hands-on experience with social media analytics and campaign performance tracking.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
7. Fluency in English and Telugu is mandatory.
