About ARQUIN

ARQUIN is a growing kitchen and bathroom solutions brand offering premium kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, faucets, and bathroom accessories across India. We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence, grow our audience, and improve engagement across all social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute ARQUIN’s social media strategy.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan posts, reels, stories, carousels, product videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, hashtags, and video scripts.
- Coordinate product photography, video shoots, influencer content, and user-generated content.
- Provide clear creative briefs to graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Ensure all content follows ARQUIN’s brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all channels.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, reviews, and audience interactions.
- Identify trends and create relevant, brand-appropriate content.
- Collaborate with the sales, website, SEO, CRM, and performance marketing teams.
- Support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, offers, and marketplace promotions.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, website visits, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.




- Monitor competitors and identify new content and growth opportunities.
- Use AI tools to support research, content planning, scripting, and workflow automation.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience in content planning, social media management, and community engagement.
- Ability to create content strategies for both brand awareness and sales.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video content.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, analytics, and reporting.
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns will be preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with designers, editors, models, influencers, and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, Executive, or Content Strategist.
- Experience with e-commerce, home improvement, kitchen, bathroom, interior, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut,



Adobe tools, ChatGPT, and other AI content tools.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio or examples of managed social media accounts will be preferred.

- Consistent execution of the approved content calendar.
- Growth in reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Improvement in reel views, audience retention, and profile visits.
- Increase in qualified website traffic, enquiries, and leads from social media.
- Faster response time for comments and direct messages.
- Quality and consistency of content across all platforms.

Pay: ₹11,354.01 - ₹35,000.00 per month
