You'll work directly with a celebrated entrepreneur & creator who has previously built a 1M+ audience and today reaches lacs of Indians helping them get better with Finance, AI & entrepreneurship. Over the next 12 months, we're scaling our instagram to a million followers, expanding our reach on YouTube, launch our courses and building one of India's most influential creator-led media brands.

What You'll Own

Content

- Write exceptional scripts, thumb-stopping hooks and witty captions
- Turn ideas into high-performing viral worthy content
- Study why content works and why it doesn't
- Research trends, stories and formats

Social Media

- Own Instagram and YouTube growth
- Maintain content calendars and publishing cadence
- Track analytics and account health
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Scale

- Continuously experiment with formats and distribution
- Study algorithms and audience psychology
- Build systems that drive reach, engagement and followers
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms

Operations





- Work closely with editors and designers
- Manage publishing and review cycles
- Coordinate shoots and ensure deadlines are met
- Act like an owner, not a coordinator

AI-First Workflows

- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM and other AI tools daily
- Build faster research, scripting and content workflows
- Constantly improve efficiency and quality

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Is an exceptional writer and can write viral worthy scripts
- Understands Instagram and YouTube algorithms deeply
- Has scaled a social media channel to 50K+ followers (preferred)
- Has experience working with creators, brands or media companies
- Is highly hands-on and execution oriented
- Can manage editors and content pipelines
- Is AI-forward and constantly learning
