With a robust presence in the dental industry, we're now expanding into the B2C hygiene space while continuing to strengthen our B2B business . We're looking for a creative, trend-aware Content & Social Media Executive who can help us build a brand that people love to follow and engage with.

What You'll Do

- Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and content that align with our brand voice.
- Research trends, viral formats, memes, and content opportunities relevant to our audience.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to create high-quality posts, reels, carousels, stories, and marketing creatives.
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, exhibitions, and brand campaigns.
- Publish and schedule content while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations.
- Track content performance and prepare monthly social media reports.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, office culture, product shoots, and exhibition highlights whenever required.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.

Requirements




- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form video content.
- Excellent written English with the ability to write engaging marketing copy.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and content planning skills.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for branding, marketing, and consumer behavior.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Canva or other basic design tools.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar software.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
- Experience working with D2C, FMCG, healthcare, or consumer brands.
