**Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee the daily management and growth of HAIR RAP BY YOYO’s online presence across key social platforms. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad includes planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the online community, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. The role involves developing content strategies that reflect the salon’s creative brand identity, optimizing social media performance through analytics, and coordinating with the salon team to showcase services,



trends, and client experiences.

The Social Media

Manager will also monitor industry trends, collaborate on promotional activities, and ensure that all digital communication aligns with the brand’s tone and visual a esthetic.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to grow and engage audiences across platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan, create, and adapt compelling content for different channels.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients online and collaborate with the salon team.
- Experience with basic design tools, photo/video editing, and social media analytics platforms is beneficial.
- Prior experience managing social media for lifestyle, beauty, or fashion brands is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
