We’re looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager who understands brands, content, trends, and performance-driven social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple client social media accounts.
- Plan monthly content calendars & social media strategies.
- Develop creative concepts for Reels, posts, stories & campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, hooks & content ideas.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors & content teams.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Stay updated with trends, algorithms & viral content formats.
- Plan and execute brand campaigns.
- Monitor reach, engagement, followers & overall performance.
- Prepare monthly performance reports.
- Handle client communication, approvals & content requirements.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across platforms.

Requirements




- Minimum 3 years of Social Media Management experience.
- Agency experience will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram & Meta platforms.
- Excellent communication & content planning skills.
- Robust creative thinking and understanding of branding.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of AI and social media tools.
