Grow Medico is a healthcare-focused digital marketing agency dedicated to helping doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare brands build a strong digital presence. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with healthcare industry experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for healthcare clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to produce engaging and informative content.
- Ensure all healthcare-related content adheres to ethical standards and industry guidelines.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and publishing of content.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to support paid social media campaigns.




- Suggest innovative ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Prior experience handling healthcare, hospital, clinic, pharmaceutical, or medical brands is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns is preferred.
