We are looking for a creative, strategic, and camera-confident Social Media Executive/Manager & Content Creator to join our growing team and lead the digital presence of our two premium South Delhi brands.

SNC Promoters & Developers A premium construction and interior design company delivering bespoke homes, luxury renovations, and high-end interior solutions across South Delhi. Together, our brands create content around luxury homes, architecture, construction, interiors, market insights, educational content, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes project journeys.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.

You will work directly with the management team alongside our two in-house video editors to plan, create, coordinate, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.

You'll be responsible for ensuring our brands consistently produce high-quality content while also appearing on camera whenever required to present properties, construction projects, educational videos, and brand stories.

This is not a graphic design or video editing role.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for both brands.
- Plan monthly and weekly content calendars.




- Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content formats.
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and content concepts.
- Write engaging hooks, captions, scripts, and social media copy.
- Plan and coordinate property shoots, construction site visits, and content production.
- Create on-camera content including:
- Property walkthroughs
- Construction updates
- Interior showcases
- Educational videos
- Brand storytelling
- Client testimonials
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Confidently present on camera for Reels, Shorts, interviews, and promotional content whenever required.
- Coordinate closely with our two video editors to ensure timely editing and publishing.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Monitor analytics, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve content performance.
- Engage with followers and help build an active online community.

Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking confidently on camera.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form video platforms.




- Experience planning and executing content strategies—not just posting content.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Highly organized with excellent planning and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple content pipelines.
- Basic understanding of photography, framing, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar productivity tools is an advantage.
- Passion for luxury real estate, architecture, construction, or interior design is highly preferred.
