Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and showcase our construction projects, capabilities and company culture.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company’s branding and business objectives.
- Manage the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, project updates and promotional content.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect photographs, videos, milestones and information from construction sites.
- Convert technical project information into explicit and engaging content for clients,



professionals and the general audience.
- Design basic social media creatives using Canva, Adobe tools or similar platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions and respond professionally.
- Track social media performance, prepare periodic reports and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes and content formats relevant to the construction and infrastructure industry.
- Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, company announcements and marketing initiatives.
