Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Management Intern who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital trends. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, exploring new social media formats, and learning how brands grow across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Reddit.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, short-form videos, and other social media content.
- Edit short videos and reels using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Support content planning and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Research trending content formats, hashtags, topics, and social media trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify creative content opportunities.
- Engage with followers, comments,



and messages across social platforms.
- Track basic metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team to maintain brand consistency.
- Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and social media posts.

Qualifications & Skills
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, and Reddit.
- Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media trends and digital marketing.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new content formats.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- A portfolio or sample social media/video work is a plus.
