Role Description The Social Media Host & Content Creator | In-Store Presenter is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, with a mix of on-site store presence and some work-from-home flexibility. On a typical day, this role will host live and recorded social media sessions showcasing collections, styling tips, and in-store experiences across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

The individual will create engaging visual and written content, including short videos, reels, product highlights, and stories that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and values. In-store responsibilities include presenting jewelry to visitors, providing styling guidance, answering product questions, and supporting sales through authentic and informative interactions. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing and store teams,



gathering customer feedback, and contributing ideas to enhance digital campaigns, content calendars, and collaborations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including transparent on-camera presence, confident public speaking, and engaging storytelling.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide attentive, respectful, and solution-oriented support to in-store and online audiences.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide customers on product care, styling options, and brand offerings, and to support basic onboarding of new team members.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and hospitality exposure as a plus, demonstrating comfort in guest-facing environments and event-style presentations.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert interest into purchases, handle product inquiries, and support store revenue goals.
- Experience with social media content creation (short-form video, live hosting, and basic scripting) is highly beneficial.
- Interest in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands, with a strong personal sense of style, is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with store operations and social media activity, and to collaborate effectively in a small, creative team.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones, social media apps, and content tools; prior retail or showroom experience is an advantage.
