Career Launcher (CL) is one of India & leading test-prep and career guidance organisations, helping students prepare for CAT/MBA, CLAT/Law, IPMAT, CUET, and more. We're looking for a Social

Media Intern who & plugged into how students actually spend time online and excited to build CL& presence across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Reddit, and Discord. If you love creating content, tracking trends before they peak, and being part of real conversations with students, this internship is for you.

What You& Work On

YouTube

- Manage and update content uploads, Shorts, and community posts.
- Track audience engagement through comments and polls, and surface FAQs and content ideas.
- Contribute ideas for videos, community posts and Shorts based on trends and community feedback.

Instagram
- Plan and create Reels, carousels, and Stories.
- Monitor DMs and comments, and keep a pulse on community sentiment.
- Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activity for fresh content ideas.
- Support outreach for influencer/creator collaborations.

Reddit, Discord & other Social Media Platforms
- Create posts and threads across exam categories to build visibility.
- Track trending discussions and pain points that can shape content and product ideas.
- Help grow and moderate our in-house communities on different social media platforms.

Research, Reporting & Collaboration
- Use social listening to spot content gaps and growth opportunities.




- Collect student feedback and share it with the wider team.
- Help build weekly insight reports, content briefs, and presentation decks.
- Coordinate with faculty, creators, and student leaders on content and community initiatives.
- Research industry and exam-prep trends for content angles.
- Repurpose content to fit each platform& style.

What We're Looking For
- Comfort with Social media platforms - YouTube, Instagram/Facebook scheduling tools, LinkedIn, and X, plus familiarity with Reddit and Discord.
- Strong research, writing, and organisational skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and Canva.
- Knowledge of using AI tools (e.g. Canva AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, CapCut AI) to create and edit creatives, captions, and short-form video content.
- A genuine interest in the education and test-prep space.
- Comfort coordinating with multiple teams.

Internship Details

- Online or in office at CL& Head Office, Mohan Estate, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi (as discussed at interview).
- Work Hours: 7 hours/day, 5 days a week in-office
- Duration: Minimum 3 months, with potential for extension by mutual agreement.
- Stipend: Project-based, linked to successful completion of deliverables.
- Certification: A completion certificate on successfully finishing the internship.
- Equipment: Interns use their own laptop/computer and software tools.
